In combination with the pre-assembled treatment plants manufactured by Toro Equipment, W-Tank storage tanks, settling tanks and digesters are the perfect solution for saving space. Our customers purchase these solutions so that they can optimise execution times and minimise the space required to install a WWTP. Pre-assembled plants offer significant benefits in terms of reducing costs, implementation times and space. – These containerised plants leave the factory already assembled and tested, reducing the assembly time and costs. – They are easy to install at the destination and require little space; it is even possible to pile one container on top of another. These types of systems are in demand all over the world due to the ease of transport and simplicity of assembly that they offer. Toro Equipment offers pre-assembled solutions for containerised dissolved air flotation plants and containerised sludge dehydration plants with Prensa filters.
What are the differences between HPS Defender® Rotary Screens and conventional screens? Static grids or rotary screens. For large flows or small levels. Made of perforated or grating mesh (Johnson mesh). In 316 or 304 stainless steel. With switchboard and full automation or for adjusting the system to client’s installation… All options are available within Defender Screens and Pre-treatment Equipment range manufactured by Toro Equipment, but this time we focus on a certain range: HPS Defender® Rotary Screens for large flows. What makes them different? The most noteworthy feature of HPS Defender® Rotary Screens is their large filtering surface. Whilst conventional screens generally use less than a quarter of the filter drum surface to perform this task, the HPS offer more than two thirds of the whole filter drum surface (fig. 1). This makes an HPS Rotary Screen capable to process almost 5 times more flow than a conventional sieve the same size.
Toro Equipment launches the new Showcases for Dossing Pumps made in GRP The new Showcases for Dossing Pumps by Toro Equipment are made in GRP (Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic), transparent polycarbonate and high-density polyethylene. This showcases are completely standardised and ready to assemble. Their composition in GRP gives them total resistance to corrosion and more durability than the conventional ones. The new Showcases are designed for being installed both inside and outside in wastewater treatment plants. The body of the showcases is made in GRP and the walls are easily detachable for facilitating maintenance tasks of the Dossing Pumps. The frontal screen is made in transparent polycarbonate to allow visualising the Dossing Pump from outside. At the bottom, the anti-drip tray is made in PEHD (polythene high-density). There are two types of Showcases for Dossing Pumps: Duero model: Is made up of two bodies for placing two Dossing Pumps, one above the other. The measurements
It was a supply for wastewater treatment plant of industrial efluent in UAE. The capacity of the wastewater treatment plant is 300 m3/day. The supply is composed of 14 W-Tank® units for waste water treatment and the clean water storage, and 6 containerized treatment plants. The W-Tank® are made of GRP, the free corrosion material and allows to mount this type of tanks in any part of the world. The extreme climate and the corrosion of the effluent with conductivities above 20,000 μS/cm, make these tanks made of plastic materials the best solution for our client.
