L’unità di lavaggio TR30 permette il lavaggio in largo per tessuti a navetta ad immersione ed emersione contemporanea nella stessa vasca. L’innovativo sistema di lavaggio rotante ad alta velocità impone all’acqua un’elevata energia cinetica derivante dalla sua velocità periferica. L’acqua cosi lanciata per tutta la lunghezza del rotore, incontra il tessuto in transito su un percorso inscrivente il rotore stesso; determinando un violento ma migliore impatto idrodinamico incrementando notevolmente l’efficacia lavante rispetto ai metodi tradizionali. APPLICAZIONE: Potenziamento linee di lavaggio in largo. Nuove linee di lavaggio dove si necessita di alta efficacia ed efficienza di lavaggio su tessuti anche pesanti.

La spazzolatrice permette di creare un’apparenza ed un effetto caratteristico sul tessuto. La nostra spazzolatrice può effettuare lavori sia sull’asciutto che soprattutto sul bagnato. In caso di lavorazione sul bagnato, la macchina viene realizzata compresa di filtro rotante autopulente tipo FR sempre di nostra produzione, per permettere la pulizia dell’acqua dal cascame di lavorazione garantendo un alto livello di funzionalità, robustezza e affidabilità produttiva. Il gruppo di spazzolatura può essere configurabile a 2/4/6/8 teste con rotazione oraria e antioraria. Tutta la macchina è dotata di elettronica, inverter ed attuatori ad asse elettrico per permettere configurazioni altamente sartoriali. La possibilità di scegliere il tipo di spazzola in funzione del tessuto da trattare permette di realizzare una gamma praticamente infinita di prodotti. Il montaggio di nastri a profilo metallico permettono alla nostra spazzolatrice di essere usata come striccatrice.

Biancalani MILLA is the combined washing and milling machine for all kind of woolen fabrics, woven or knitted.
